CORN, SWEET LUSCIOUS HYBRID
(Organic) This high yielding sweet corn produces attractive and sweetly delicious ears. Ears have 14 to 16 rows of tender kernels. Mid to late season bicolor variety. This packet will plant approximately a 30 foot row.
Sow seed directly in garden after all danger of frost is past and soil is warm. Plant 1 seed every 4 inches. Thin to 1 plant every 12 in. when plants are 4 in. tall. Control weeds with a mulch and keep plants well-watered, especially when the tops begin to tassel.
For better ear fill, plant a number of short rows together instead of a single long row. This helps insure pollination. For plenty of corn all season, plant early and late varieties.
